Submit the vision, mission and doctrinal statement for your church or Ministry

Lead a church that is legally incorporated and submit a copy of your certificate

Covenant to pray for the Christ United fellowship

Covenant to financially support annually for operations cost

Complete the membership application

Submit all application fees and monthly covenant commitment fees
